In an attempt to keep up to speed with the pace of your life (not to mention cut down on our eco-footprint) we decided to build this website and begin using email as the front line of tenant communication, as well as an easy way for you to contact us as well. Moving forward, we will be emailing notices, updates, and other communication to our residents. Some of these will be important communications so if you are unable to receive our emails, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, we hope you find this a convenient resource to use. |

You can earn $250 in free rent for referring a qualified applicant that signs an apartment lease at a participating Alexander & Bishop property. Referrals have to be verified by the leasing party at the time of their lease signing, one per leased apartment. |

Submitting A Maintenance Request Online |

Alexander & Bishop residents now have the ability to submit maintenance requests online. The online form is easy to use and gives you unmatched convenience to submit your maintenance issue from home, work, school or anywhere. To get started please log into abresidents.com with your username and password provided by our property manager, then go to the menu tab called Maintenance Request, select your property location and fill out the form, hit the 'submit' button and you should receive confirmation that we have received your request. It is really that simple. |
