You can earn $250 in free rent for referring a qualified applicant that signs an apartment lease at a participating Alexander & Bishop property. Referrals have to be verified by the leasing party at the time of their lease signing, one per leased apartment. |

Submitting A Maintenance Request Online |

Alexander & Bishop residents now have the ability to submit maintenance requests online. The online form is easy to use and gives you unmatched convenience to submit your maintenance issue from home, work, school or anywhere. To get started please log into abresidents.com with your username and password provided by our property manager, then go to the menu tab called Maintenance Request, select your property location and fill out the form, hit the 'submit' button and you should receive confirmation that we have received your request. It is really that simple. |
